Nice but class seem a little too much like a yoga class than Pilates. Center is cute & cozy. Curious to see other teachers style of teaching
Thank you. I assume you attended dynamic pilates, yes it has a flow similar to some yoga classes, this is the only class on the schedule like this, pleease do trya classic pilates class - I am sure you will find it 100% pilates

I had an amazing experience in my Pilates class – it was incredibly professional, and Deborah, the instructor, was not only kind but also added a fun touch to the session. Her professionalism stood out, making it one of the best classes I've attended. Highly recommended for a fantastic workout with a friendly and skilled instructor.

The teacher was great. The studio is a bit old and dusty. The smell was not nice, it was very warm and smelled of sweat. The class was very dynamic and good, but overall the experience could have been much better. The studio has a lot of potential
I was sorry to hear your experience was not what we would want it to be. The studio does sometimes smell of sweat, it is unavoidable as people are working out. We do open the windows between classes but please do mention any unpleasent smells to the teacher next time and Im sure we can open another window. We did renovate the studio less than 3 years however, there is always room for improvement, any suggestions welcome. My number is 644316850.
