Esta muy bien
Probé la clase de Muay Thai al aire libre. Lo hacen en el parque de la Barceloneta, en una zona con sombra (se necesita en verano!) y en la primera clase te dejan todo tipo de material, con lo que está muy bien. Los entrenadores son muy divertidos, la clase super dinámica, quemas muchísimas calorías y el ambiente es excepcional, si es cierto que no hay duchas pero puedes ir a la playa al terminar.

The Everest Mindful Thaiboxing classes are an excellent activity that goes far beyond Thaiboxing. The instructors themselves are very experienced (former competitors) and also very knowledgeable in various areas of fitness and well-being such as nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, and the power of breathing exercises. Highly recommended!
